Notes:
For the 1JZGTE, non-VVTI Soarer / Lexus SC400, we make the following recommendations:
1. The 440 must be wired into the factory loom alongside the factory ECU. External components required are a loom (short or long, depending on application).
2. This allows the factory auto transmission, cruise control, traction control (if fitted) and ABS to function as on the original car.
3. If you’re doing your own tuning, we recommend adding a wideband lambda sensor.

Also see lower cost option, e420d. The functions you lose with the e420d, compared to the e440d, are:
1. No flex fuel function.
2. No adaptive tuning function
